The Small Business of the Year

In 2001, Starks Plumbing & Heating was awarded The Small Business of the Year from the Medicine Hat Chamber of Commerce.

1999

Not always Starks

Starks Plumbing Heating & Electrical was not always known by this. Its first name was Stark Sheet Metal as Nick started out as a sheet metal mechanic in the early 1960’s. Soon he expanded his business to include plumbing, electrical in 1991, refrigeration in 1996, and deep utilities in 1999.

Construction Association

In 1999, Starks received the Medicine Hat Construction Association Special Award Presentation as a 30 year member from 1969 – 1996.

Business Partner of the Year

In 1999, Starks received The Outstanding Business Partner of the Year award from Westburne Plumbing for fiscal and management performance.
